Senate Bill 592
During the 2024 legislative session, Senate Bill 592 was passed and put into place on July 1, 2024. This bill requires local school systems to provide parents of students on an IEP, IFSP, or 504 information regarding the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Program "at least one time each year."
